Commitment Confirmation

I confirm that I am available for the shifts selected and will commit to attending all mandatory training sessions (Nov 12-22). I understand that failing to show up for assigned shifts without prior notice will result in removal from the volunteer program.

Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by the BIFFEST Volunteer Code of Conduct, including professional behavior, confidentiality regarding VIP guests, and respectful treatment of all attendees and fellow volunteers. I understand that BIFFEST reserves the right to dismiss volunteers for inappropriate behavior.

Media Release

I grant BIFFEST permission to photograph and record me during volunteer activities for promotional purposes. I understand that I may appear in festival documentation, social media, and future promotional materials.
